Small Groups

Small Groups offer something for everyone, whatever stage of life you might find yourself in there is a small group for you. Joining a Small Group can be a transformative experience as it helps us to grow in our relationship with God and with one another. Because at Faith it’s all about Relationships that Matter!   • Moms with Young Children

    Meeting Time:  Every other Wednesday evening at 7:30PM
    About the Group:  We are a supportive community of moms that spend time doing studies to help us grow as women as well as parents.  We talk about growing our children in faith while building relationships with God and each other.

  • Second Friday Small Group

    Meeting Time: The second Friday of each month
    About the Group: Our purpose is to develop relationships with members of Faith Lutheran particularly seniors. We do a Christmas card distribution to Flower Mound assisted living home residents Last year over 200 cards which sometimes are the only cards they receive for the holiday.  Each card is signed and usually a holiday wish included. We support each other when one of us needs a friend and we have become friends. You will at times see us sitting close to each other at the Sunday service.

  • Women of Grace

    Meeting Time: The 2nd and 4th Monday of each month
    About the Group: This is a women’s small group filled with women of all ages. This group shares leadership for the teaching of lessons. Currently we meet at the home of Caryn Patterson and can be flexible in meeting at the church as well.

  • Monday Night Men’s Bible Study

    Meeting Time: Monday nights from 7pm to 8 pm at the Jensen home
    About the Group: This is a men’s small group that works through the Lutheran Men’s Study Bible. After Bible Study we have fellowship and watch Football.

  • Empty Nesters

    Meeting Time: Once a month on Sundays at 2 pm.
    About the Group: This is a group of mission partners whose children have left for college or are out of the house. We do Bible Study and host events like eating lunch together after the second service.

  • Young Adult Group

    Meeting Time: Once a month on Thursday’s at 7 pm at Marty B’s Coffee
    About the Group: This is a group for young adults. This group is meant for young adults to be able to talk about their faith and to have a support group. We do not require you to do the study. We understand schedules are hectic and chaotic. We hope you will join us for a fun evening of fellowship faith formation and good coffee!

  • Couples of Faith

    Meeting Time: The 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month at “the Club House” in Highland village
    About the Group: This is a small group for mission partner couples. The couples come together and divide up the study. There is always food and good fellowship.

  • Virtual Small Group

    Meeting Time: We connect through church social media, in the chat on Sunday and do Zoom events.
    About the Group: This is a Small Group for people who are not located near campus. We connect online to build relationships that matter even if we cant meet physically.

  • Friday Small Group

    Meeting Time: We meet twice a month on Friday nights at about 6:30.
    About the Group: We are resuming our Study using “The Chosen” series 3 starting Friday September 29. We start the evening with food and fellowship followed by the movie and discussion. Throughout the year and during breaks, we volunteer at chosen organizations/events or hold/attend fellowship events.
