Homebound Communion & Hospital Visitation

Our Homebound Communion and Hospital Visitation team is here to accompany those who are elderly, unable to attend worship, or in the hospital. The people on this team are here to provide spiritual support, communion and company when you are unable to attend worship or experiencing a difficult life situation.

One on One Care

If you are going through a difficult time and would like someone to listen, support, and help you find answers, we have Stephen Ministers available to walk with you. God calls us to support and love one another, and our Stephen Ministry team here at Faith is trained to provide you with a Christ-centered, safe, confidential conversation to help guide you through whatever you are experiencing.

All military- active or veteran- and their families can receive guidance, support, and resources from a HEROES Care provider from HEROES Care, a national organization. Throughout life, we all struggle or go through hardship. If you are in need of support, we’re here to listen.

Meals

Our Meal Ministry here at Faith provides meals for individuals or families who are going through a difficult or transitional life situation such as a death, illness, surgery, move, or birth of a baby. There is no shame in asking for a hand during hardships we experience in life. On the contrary, your family of faith is here to support you and help take this one small burden off your plate.
