Homebound Communion & Hospital Visitation
Our Homebound Communion and Hospital Visitation team is here to accompany those who are elderly, unable to attend worship, or in the hospital. The people on this team are here to provide spiritual support, communion and company when you are unable to attend worship or experiencing a difficult life situation.
Prayer is powerful! If you have something on your heart and would like someone to pray with you, our Prayer Team is here for you. You can submit a prayer request form below. In the form, you can indicate if you would like the prayer sent to our public prayer list or only for our Prayer Team and staff to pray for you. You can also find a Prayer Partner every Sunday to personally pray with you. (Sundays inside the Gathering Place in between services from 10:15-10:45am)
